So as I mentioned yesterday, Winchester is building along with Miller and Smith along the new section of Northstar. If you haven't been back there, take a peek. Winchester has a collection that it is building on the east side of the neighborhood (the town center side of the community) and another on the west side (around Creighton's Corner. There's one model open across from Creighton's Corner Elementary and it's the Danfield. There are eight other plans to choose from.

The Danfield: It's the only floorplan that can be built in either location. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths at 2812 square feet on two floors with a starting price of $524,900. I also noticed a nice mudroom space off the garage. I think just about everyone could use a mudroom.

The Cooper: East side home. It's 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,510 square feet. Starting at $504,900.

The Mayfield: East side home. Also 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,742 square feet. Starting at $514,900.

The Lansdale: East side home. 4 bedroom, 2.5 baths and 3,078 square feet starting at $579,900.

The Spencer: East side home. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 3,526 square feet and starting at $599,900.

The Abbey: West side home. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms at 3,355 square feet starting at $587,900.

The Prescott: West side home. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms at 3,398 square feet starting at $598,900.

The Thornbury: West side home. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms at 3,562 square feet starting at $615,900.
