So I'm sneaking this one ahead of the Van Metre update (still coming today.) Miller and Smith's new townhome collection is called the Vistas. They are not open yet, but are doing hard hat tours. Sounds like the homes have attracted a lot of interest. Miller and Smith is known for their open floorplans. From what I've heard, these homes are open and then some. M&S really took some of the most popular features from their other town floorplans and created a unique and very usable floorplan. You can see these homes as you are driving down Belmont Ridge Road. Look to your left as you pass Creighton. They are stunning from the outside. I'll be doing a hard hat tour too, so stay tuned for that update. I can't wait to see the 16-ft wall of floor to ceiling glass on the main level.

The Sienna: This home is 2,900 square feet and starts at $429,990.

The Sienna Courtyard: Same square footage, with a courtyard area.

The Indigo: 3,300 square feet end unit. Starts at $459,990.

There is a pre-model opening special which will include granite kitches, stainless steel appliances and hardwood flooring. You'll also get $15,000 which you can use toward options or closing costs.
