So I know I said Van Metre was next, but I just left Gulick and had to share this ASAP. For those who don't know, Gulick is a luxury home builder in the neighborhood. Homes are all brick and the floorplans are amazing -- nice and open, great use of living space. Standard features are usually what you would need to upgrade to elsewhere. There are two models in their New American Series and there are seven lots left. Here's the Scoop...

The Brentwood: 2,933 sq. ft. The home was priced at $797,900, but now it's being offered at $649,500. With the incentive Gulick is giving, you can get a chunk of the basement finished off at no additional cost.

The Ashcroft: 3,226 sq ft. Was priced at $842,900, but now it's being offered at $669,500.

There are two water sites left and the prices for those homes would be  $749,500. Sad I can't take advantage of this one personally.
