Van Metre has two single family collections: The Parkside Collection off of Belmont Ridge on the edge of the community as you are driving toward Evergreen Mills and The Manor Collection over by Creighton Corner Elementary. There is currently one model for each collection. There is a quick delivery in the Parkside Collection, a Saratoga and it's priced at $548,300 (42468 Nickens Place.) There are a number of November deliveries as well. I do have more specific information about those homesites, so please let me know if you'd like to see that. Van Metre is offering $10,000 toward closing if you use their lender and title company.

The Claremont: At 2,693 sq ft and priced at $497,990

The Grayson: At 2,817 sq ft and priced at $504,990. The model home is a Grayson.

The Saratoga: At 3,004 sq ft and priced at $514,990

The Manor Collection: This is the larger of the collections.

The Sandhill Park: 2,889 sq ft and $540,000

The Ashton Court: 3,079 sq ft and $549,000

The Halswell House: 3,320 sq ft and $557,500. The model home is a Halswell and it looks much smaller than if really is. The house is very long (thus why it seems small from the curb) and has a great layout, especially the main level. All rooms in this house are quite large.
