Stanley Martin is completely done with their last series of homes (though still in that model) and the and they are moving into a new model in the next week or so. The new series is called the Executive Collection and the only home in the series is the Braxton. There are only seven homesites remaining.

The Braxton: The home starts at 3,670 sq ft., but you can easily add to the home for nearly 7,000 sq ft. Both rear and front load homes are available. Starting price is $589,990.

Stanley Martin is marketing Labor Day incentives. There is one quicker delivery home starting at 4,195 sq ft and currently priced at $639,990. I have more informatin on the upgrades for that home as five others.
