This weekend was the official grand opening for Pulte's single family home series in Brambleton. I stopped by on Friday to take a look. The model home is the Allegheny. The upper two floors total about 2,700 square feet, but I have to say, the house seems significantly bigger than that. It's really the bedroom level, which square footage-wise is the larger of the two, that makes the house seem more like 3,000+. Love the floorplan up there. The master isn't overly large, just right in my opinion, but the bathroom is enormous. Nice walk-in closet too. All the bedrooms are quite large and there are three full baths up there. Nice storage space and I loved the walk-in laundry room with cabinets and workspace. I thought the main level was great as well. Flowed nicely. This is a nice offering for the price. Here's the scoop:

Allegheny: $474,900 and 2,721 sq ft

Heritage: $494,990 and 3,117 sq ft

There isn't a finished Heritage to walk through, but the sales manager is willing to do a hard hat tour. They will consider a select few sale-of-home contingencies (with strings attached). Current incentive is a free Florida Room or Finished Basement. You'll also get $10,000 closing cost assistance if you use Pulte Mortgage. Delivery time is currently five to six months with all specs currently sold. They're currently only building if sold.
