Have you noticed the sign as you're leaving Brambleton heading toward Broadlands on Belmont Ridge Road? Nothing fancy. It's on the right and pretty much there for construction purposes, but I tracked down the builder and the floorplans. Alexander's Chase is one of the new communities popping up in our ZIP code. And if you haven't noticed, there are more than a few! Alexander's Chase is  a D.R. Horton community of both single families and town homes. According to the sales manager, the HOA fee is very low for the town homes (around $50), and there aren't many amenities, but owners can pay a fee to Broadlands and take advantage of Broadlands amenities (like pools.)

I was told that the standard features for these homes will be quite nice. Information is currently only available on the towns. Singles will follow within the month. Here are the floorplans:

The Lexington: $359,990 at 2,240 sq ft

The Montgomery: $359,990 at 2,240 sq ft

The Bradford: $369,990 at 2,484 sq ft

No sales as of this posting, which is not unusual for a builder who hasn't poured a foundation yet, and especially since not many people know about the community, but I'm beind told The Bradford has been by far the most popular floorplan.
