Van Metre says they've saved the best for last. The builder has broken ground on the final 14 single home sites in the community. I'll know more on Friday after I attend an event with the builder, but here's what I know so far:
- Home sites are roughly .5 acre a piece
- Homes will feature 3 car side-load garage
- There will be 4 - 5 bedrooms and 3.5 - 6 bathrooms
- Homes will have brick facades (and I'm guessing there's a stone option)
- There will be options for first floor master bedrooms
- Van Metre does have flexibility with the floorplans
- Prices start in the low $700ks
