Just when you thought Broadlands was done, they start clearing land again! Today Van Metre kicked off the sale of their final 14 home sites. The Park Grove section sits at the corner of Truro Parish and Belmont Ridge Road. Each site is at least .5 acres and has breathtaking mountain views. Two floor plans are being offered at about 4,400 square feet (upper two floors): The Avery and Preston with lots of options to customize. The Preston starts at $704,990 and the Avery at $734,990. The current incentive is $7,500 in closing cost assistance.

Five lots have been released (I have site plan and the lot numbers), with the largest lot premium of $15,000 for about .75 acres. Want to learn more? Better act fast. With 14 lots, they won't last long. Delivery is expected to start in the July/August time frame.

Van Metre will be finishing up the community with a condo section. There's no information in that project at this time.
