Moreland Estates is a Carr Homes development along the Beaverdam Reservoir and it's relatively new. Carr is still building in the community so you likely won't see many resale homes. The development is off of Belmont Ridge Road, south of route 7.

Moreland Estates New Construction: Carr Homes has just released a new group of lots in Moreland Estates. The lots are toward the back of the community and Most back to trees, but there are three that back to the reservoir. The treed lots start in the $500s and the water lots start in the the $600s. Carr is currently building 8 separate floorplans, and the starting prices range from the mid to high $500ks all the way up to low $700ks.
